F.K.R. TRAINING

K.T.K SPORT KARATE TRAINING FOR HARTLEY : Beginners Welcome Under 16's  (other age groups accepted)                   

Primary consists of blocks/punches/kicks/padwork combinations and Kata.

Self-defence and light kumite (sparring)

BE A BLACK BELT IN THREE YEARS

CAN YOU DO THE FOLLOWING:

You currently train your fitness at a gym, leisure centre , or at home etc.

You can show you can punch and kick on pads, kick bags. (Shadow combinations).

You can shadow spar (light contact normally, but not available at present)

If you can do all of the above - do you have a Black Belt qualification?

IF NOT - WHY NOT?

Make sure you get the qualification you have earned for all the effort you have made in training at the gym, leisure centre, or at home etc.

DO NOT SHORT CHANGE YOURSELF.

You have already proven that you can achieve a 1st Dan Black Belt in

K.T.K. Sport Karate (150 hours - 1 hour per week =1st Dan Black Belt)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES - WILL IT BE YOU?

Please note this is not for 1st Dan Instructor Level, as you will be required to do more eg: 

Perform Kata (Show Bunkai / Self-Defence) etc.

* Remember we specialise in colour photographic records.

All our Black Belts are entitled to a colour photographic record for your portfolio/CV. Please enquire. (Must have up-to-date Licence).
